Clone/Remanufactured HP 21/22/58 cartridge supplier

I keep looking into getting some HP 21/22/58 cartridges for my F2280 printer. However, just when I think I've found a cheap supplier, I check for reviews, and they have an awful reputation (e.g. multiple cases of nothing received and no refund, reports of no real stock, etc). There's also the issue of the quality of the carts themselves.

I don't mind paying a bit more if they turn up and work properly. Wilkinsons has been suggested, but is there anyone cheaper, but still reliable? Hoping to pay about £6-7 for the 21, £7-8 for the 22 and £8-9 for the 58.

Last time I checked, they wanted about the same price for refilled cartridges as HP sold their originals for.
