Very good, but you do pay for the quality. A deal like this is well worth taking advantage of though, although currently the code doesn't seem to be working - I've emailed them to find out why.

I'd say reasonable rather than very good. We've been doing this deal for three weeks now (it was posted here ... http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/42887...ing-when-you-/), and the courgettes and carrots are always overgrown. And whilst the food is organic, some of it has very large food miles. Once we have the £50 and used it, we will be going back to our local farmers market where the food we buy is grown locally and grown organically (but not organic certified). They are also significantly more expensive than local markets for organic food.

Don't forget it's £50 credit on your account .I thought it was a £50 refund at first.I guess its a good deal if you normally buy organic but they seem expensive to me.

Yeah, so if you get exactly £15 on each delivery you're effectively getting £110 worth of food for £60, not £50 worth of food for £10!

BTW, the reason it didn't work for me is it's new customers only, I assumed the "first order" text referred to the first of the 4 orders, not your first order ever. Still, good deal for new customers!

It is food that they would charge you £110 for, not £110 worth of food. There is a difference. For example, their bananas are £2.25 per kilo - even M&S organic bananas are less than a quid a kilo.

But at least you know where it comes from, and it's never air-freighted. Your farmers' market has smaller food miles but it also doesn't offer the selection Abel and Cole offers, so it's a bit unfair to blame them for that.
