HELP Please_ Best Internal aeriel for freeview?

Hi i have just back to north wales and want to use a tv in my bedroom which doesnt have a connection to the large external aerial unfortunatly.

From research I no it is all dependant on area location etc but if anyone could help me to find a high quality internal aerial at the best price that would be great?

I know from the size of the external one that the signal isnt that great so the most powerful one i think is a must!! hehe!

I used this guide and found they were telling the truth.

I'd go for one of these :

mmumm found this is argos for £3.99 as well but my reception must be rubbish as normal tv works great but freeview NOTHING at all soooo annoying!!

otherwise il have to track the cable from the large external to the room, big job!

can u get a wireless system to track the sky to other rooms? and use the remote?
