CDiscounts 3Discount and acct credits

Just i bought something via this and am sure that I entered an acct credit code but cant see any acct credit on my account? Or would they add it once the final payment is made? Cant see anything on the order to state there should be an account credit either...order was placed 4th July

Should be after the final payment, I had to bitch at them to get my account credit but I got it
