Very much doubt that. As has been said, it will come free with the £225 PSP GO for a short time.

I had it pre-ordered with GAME for £20 using one of the £5 vouchers kicking around. Cancelled now though

GT for PSP is suppose to come with PSP Go not the PS3, it will be a limited supply !!

Today, Sony announced a plan to incentivize early adopters of the new handheld, saying that those who register their PSP Go between October 1 and October 10 will receive a free copy of Gran Turismo PSP. Gamers can also pick up a free copy of Gran Turismo PSP by preordering Gran Turismo 5 for the PlayStation 3.

Now do people believe me? I thought it was a bit weird they'd bundle it with GT5 too, so I understand the people who didn't.
