I have paid my balance & wont be ordering again, Its just id prefer to cancell rather then them having my address for no reason, ile be ringing as soon as i can xx

Wouldn't they still have your details on record tho? Or do they destroy them when you cancel?

You could probably email customer service too and tell them to cancel it.

hi I would phone them and inform them that under data protection you are informing them you no longer give permission to hold your details on file and wish them removed,
