you will pay business rates + rent. As a very rough guide you can usually just about say the rates will be the same as the rent (thats a very rough way of working it though - the council will help you more).
There may also be incentives inplace for free rates for 6 months, or something similar depending on the area.
Are you asking if the rent is fair or what other costs there will be as the posters above seem to be answering if the rent is too high whereas I thought the latter.
Its a very nice ground floor office with designated parking and broadband, I think the price is fair but want something in town that I can improve rather than move straight into.
Was mainly asking what can I expect to pay if I was to rent a commercial property and where might I find this information
