£234.00

FOUND BY: cibarious 2 months, 4 weeks ago

STARTS: 25/08/2009

Couldn't see this deal posted before as I have been looking for this Manager's Special for quite a while. It has put a smile on my face and hopefully will put a smile on a few other faces too.

I suppose that depends on whether you think the second year's warranty is worth the extra £16 when buying the normal retail box

If we're stating the obvious, you can indeed use an existing Sky dish without need to reposition it, but for this you need a twin LNB and two cables between dish and box.

I've bought 2 reconditioned standard Humax reconditioned boxes, both looked new. Very good company to deal with.

Crackin' price for a superb box. They are starting to sort out some of the earlier minor software glitches too as there was an OTA update earleir this week.

I've just upgraded my Hard drive to a 1TB as well so I've voided my warranty anyway. (Dead simple to do though)

I'm not going to get into the $kyHD v Freesat debate as one is free and the other you have shell out best part of £400 every year for. They are 2 different products altogether.

Freeview HD is coming - but we'll all need to buy new boxes anyway and some of us wont get the 4 HD channels till 2012.

HEAT & REP addded.

Do you need to redirect/realign the dish? If yes, where can I find the info about this

Grade A isnt always second user. Great price for a superb box and many places only give the standard 1 year warranty anyway.
