altho, it doesn state its 32 bit vista it probably is 32 bit. vista eats ram, you can use the extra ram for burning dvd, plus ddr2 ram is ridiculously cheap nowadays. i suppose light users , that only use it for web browsing wont mind 2gb but the heavy pc users might want more.
i know your prices are rough estimates but just to be more accuate

thats bit too low for a motherboard, i reckon £35 maybe £30 cheapest. and a dvd drive is about £15, £20 is pricy me thinks. End of they day it probably is cheaper than building it yourself or equivalent to the cost of building. the go to deal does not work. correct link
