How long do they take to send items out?

I've had an order booked since last week, money has been taken but still no sign of receiving the item.

Cold. You can buy a 1TB drive for £6.50 extra, making this pretty poor value.

Why not amend the title to show that it has eSATA & Firewire as well as USB as most people will just see USB and vote cold!

really good point there, i voted cold as i totally did not notice it had esata or usb, since it says usb in the title. Would of voted hot or lukewarm if you made it more clear in the title. thats what i hate about CDiscount their product info is really stupid, confusing and often contradict itself, like this one. I think they got the picture, title and spec mixed up.
this is the usb version in silver http://www.amazon.co.uk/Seagate-640G...1491480&sr=8-1
this is the FreeAgent XTreme esata version in black http://www.amazon.co.uk/FreeAgent-XT...1491480&sr=8-2

Cdiscount have made a mistake in the listing one way or other as it’s the FreeAgent XTreme that has the triple interface – Seagate. Worth phoning them first if you’re interested.
