EXPIRED - PHILIPS COOLSKIN NIVEA REFILL SYSTEM 75ML (HS800) - £3.42 @ Tesco (+3% quidco)

£3.42

237°

FOUND BY: dk143 2 months, 3 weeks ago

Haven't been able to find this cheaper than about 6 or 7 pounds anywhere else.

Postage is £5, but think you have to spend £50 for free delivery, or £25 for free delivery to a store - so I just bought 8 of them!

Its been this price for months, Also this philips system crap and not worth a penny. I bought 8 of these from tesco and bought hs8040, but i cant use as it gives extreme rashes and burns for hours.

Am not sure that it's always this price - think they vary it.

And a lot of people do seem to like the shaver and cartridge, but obviously it won't be good for everyone.

I think these are poor but FYI it takes 6-8 months for you skin to get used to 'dry' shaving and then the rashes will go. I like a wet shave myself.

I have been using one of these for a while and have found it a comfortable shave not as close as a wet shave but acceptable.

I love this system, not sure what everyone is crying about. It gets great reviews too. I have very sensitive skin, and have zero problems using this system.

Most people moan because they have to buy the catridge at (as said) £7-8 a pop.

I found this Nivea stuff to be slightly overpriced, so instead took to using the King Of Shaves gel. The tea tree gel is much nicer, in smell and the shave!

I bought 8 of these a few months ago then they were just under £3 each, no problems with the shaver, but not as close as a wet shave.

This is a good price considering that they cost over £6 in most places.
No matter how good or bad people consider the shave to be, this is still a good deal.

I agree, use a decent shave gel and also us it wet and you'll have no probs.

Used mine daily for a year now with King of Shaves gel = all OK.
