I found this integrated combi a while back and I have no complaints. Still on offer too, delivered for £166.83 from www.thebigkitchencentre.com it's on the front page (just checked) MC41.

It has a good warranty too. 1yr labour and 5 yr parts. Good deal form me, voted the above cold because of my find sorry.

Not even vaguely comparable. You couldn't be any further from the mark!
5 year PARTS warranty limits you to their labour costs for repairs- no bargain at all!

The cost/value in the one you quote is in the included integrated kit, not in the features - although these integration kits can be bought separately for Sharp or other maker's models anyway.

As an illustration, Aldi regularly do a convection grill microwave combi unit for the 50/60 aquid range, widely been discussed on this site, and it is directly comparable to the one you list, if you discount the integration kit - there is nothing special about low cost combination microwave units in themselves, it is the functionality they offer that makes the differnce, and the more basic models don't stack up compared to the best - I only wish they did, as I found when I tried to replace my old Sharp model with something that would have the same features
Believe me, I did some real "homework," before deciding what to buy and I ended up with another model Sharp, not as big as this one, but a good bit cheaper, as smaller units ARE much cheaper)

For a start, this is an unknown brand, has a low power conventional grill not a 1400w Quartz type, but very specifically different is the SIZE - the Sharp is a large unit at 40 litres, you are pointing us to a tiny 28L model! As for functionality, (7 functions is very basic) the Sharp has the major advantage of DUAL grill - ie top AND bottom, now when you use combination programmes, the difference is dramatic, as it browns and crisps the BASE of foods cooked in it, in that respect it makes Sharp units hard to beat with any other make, I know I tried!
My only complaint about Sharp Microwaves is reliability, they seem prone to LCD display failure. as happened to my old model

No, YOU made the comparison, not me.

You said you voted cold on the basis of that being a better deal. Voting a good deal cold and trying to persuade others to do so to without the decency of justifying what you say is what ruins this site
