Hot from me I will be calling in to Morton Park on my way to work today.
I have one already and I have to agree with pghstochaj that its not the greatest torch, it doesn't really have a great beam on it, but for £3 its still a good buy. Its handy to take on holiday or have to hand for the many power cuts I have.

These are pretty pathetic compared to the Cree LED torches you can pick up cheaply these days. I have 3 maglites lying redundant now (2 AA models and a AAA) as the light they produce doesn't come close to that of my cheap single AA LED torches from dealextreme.

Granted, £3 is a good price for a maglite but for a few pounds more you can have something that uses less batteries and puts out more than 3 times the light.

I was round at a friend's house recently, he pulled out his 4C cell maglite and even it didn't throw as far or shine as bright as my little single AA Cree torch.

Only reason I'd buy an incandescent torch now would be to use for light trails in night photography. And for that reason, I'm voting this a hot deal.

Rubbish quote more like! Some people just like to behave idiotically on these boards.

You can get better LED lights nowadays, but the MiniMags are still great for most people. And for this price, a bargain!

This is a good SAVING so its hot from me.

Granted the product might not be equal to other small LED torches etc on the market.

Yes, cheap LED torches with much better battery life have done for this type of torch.

you can convert these to LED quite cheaply. Then they are really excellent torches.
