Anyone have any idea how heavy this to carry home? Looks light but that base may weigh 90% of the whole thing!

A review on there "Agree with previous reviews. Very smart. Fair price. Holds 3 hand towels, but not big enough for bath towels." Hmm...not for me then. Nvm.

I've got a bath sheet, bath towel and a hand towel on mine and it's fine! Maybe those people don't like folding their towels at all ...
