where exactly do you apply the 16 digits, because im applying it in the promotional code box but does not work.

its not a promotional code
what you have to do is:
1.add item to basket
2.checkout
3.log in or if new register
4.then a box for nus code will appear - it still says 10% of at moment but when code is applied you get 15% off

They've raised the free delivery to orders over £90, can see me ordering extra stuff to go back through the post office...
