....Less zoom, no wide angle lense etc

To be hinest I'd be snapping up the Samsung WB500 personally, a touch over £170 at Amazon for similar specs.

Hmmmmmmm... do I trade in my TZ5 for this, amazing camera's and don't be lead by the salesman, you don't need more than 5mp for most pics!

Samsung cameras, purchased one not so long ago and not a cheap one either, it was poor and i returned it. As such i would never recomend them, of course some will be happy with a samsung just as some would say Bush are the best at making TV,s, i guess its what you are used to.
On the other hand i have a Lumix camera and the pictures it produce are very good.
