There Is Plenty But Ya Will Only Get Maybe A Month Free Or The Free Version Thats Not Even Worth Having...
Avira Is Ok And They Will Give Ya Free Months Trial.

when my mcafee finished recently changed to avast antivirus and comodo firewall, have been using them for about 2 months without any problems.

I'd Second AVG - use it on all my PCs, its not let me down yet....

I still wouldnt have it free or not - and couldnt wait to remove the commercial version from all the PCs at work when I took over!!

Thanks everyone AVG & Zonealarm look to be the right ones for me, and I've downloaded the files now

The annoying thing is I bought a paid for 3 license Kaspersky, and whilst fine on 2 of my PCs, it just would not install on my 3rd (spare) one. Maybe the PC is a bit old. Hence the need for freebie software :(
