I have had a total of 7 'redemption' deals from E2save (another subsiduary of CPW like mobiles.co.uk). Never been denied a redemption claim yet.
If you stick to the instructions (which are far from rocket science), and get them in on time, you will get your money. I had one single claim allegedly 'go missing' but I called them and was able to quote my recorded delivery reference and they paid up with no further arguement.

Quality phone too.
I've had 4 phones including this one in the last year, N95, Lg Renoir & Samsung Pixon, and I know it's all down to personal tastes, but this imo is the best of the four I've had.

I had this phone as a free ugrade and sent back, As you really need Unlimited Internet to use most features on it, Also the screen looks nasty like one from a very cheap and not very sharp
