This external hd has USB 2.0, eSATA & Firewire 400 and usually retails for a minimum £89. looks like its end of stock due to price £##.87p and a new version is coming out in a few days for £99. I just bagged one as 1tb external with esata is just what i needed. the usb only version is 62.95 from amazon according to a post on here about five mins ago. but this is the bargain if its specs meet your needs.

hmm very tempting price. voting hot. the only downside is firewire 400. you can collect at store at pcworld http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/pro...t/%20Skimlinks for the same price.
edit: when i try to collect in store it say unable to process request, must of been a problem with its stock system and was out of stock at the store. ok ordered it off dixons instead, now waiting for delivery. rep added, thankyou so much op. its actualy £74.87 delivered as there is free 2-3 days delivery. Just bummered i didnt find it earlier i looked at the dixons page several times, must of missed it as it didnt say esata in title.
EDIT: OUT OF STOCK FOR DELIVERY, still available to collect in store at pcworld if you are lucky. As i have found when i tried to reserve one. read reviews this does not come with esata cable, any idea where the cheapest esata cable is?

As low as £2 for esata lead if you search for esata to esata cable" on ebay & says its delivered from uk seller . But usually they are about 3-4 quid. my original WD esata didnt work until i read that you have to cut back some of the plastic to fit it into the external HD. dont know if its the same with this model but its a tip just in case you have problems.

i read some review ands you have to cut with this one too. Im thinking of getting a belkin cable for 0.9m for £5.50, hopefully i wont have to cut that. The ebay item number for the cable is 280383749027. Got the cable yesterday, wouldnt work until i cut about 2mm off like everyone else. Thanks again op.
