Harrods Xmas Grotto Bookings start 22nd Sept online

Our new Christmas Grotto booking service will enable you to reserve a specific time slot for your Grotto visit, so you shouldn't have to wait for more than 30 minutes. Tickets will be available to book online from 22nd September. Please note that all adults and children require tickets to enter the Grotto.

Tickets are free of charge with an administration fee of £5 per booking. This will be re-credited to your Rewards card and available to spend in Harrods on the day you visit the Grotto.

** £5 refundable booking fee now removed (thanks choc1969)
Due to the inconvenience caused to a number of our customers, Harrods has arranged to refund everybody the £5 administration fee for the Christmas Grotto this year. Following our recent decision there will no longer be any administration charge.

Any ideas as to when the christmas visits start, we have a trip to London but not sure if we will be there a little too early...

booked it for a friend & kids last year she said she wanted them ... in the end she never made it. am glad they're charging the £5 booking fee now.

Terms and Conditions for entry to the Harrods Christmas Grotto
Harrods Christmas Grotto runs from the 7th November to 24th December 2009 inclusive. For certain dates there may be a restriction on the maximum number of Harrods Christmas Grotto e-Tickets ("Grotto e-Tickets") that may be requested. A maximum of 10 Grotto e-Tickets will be issued per person and there will be a £5 administration fee per booking. Acceptance of Grotto e-Tickets confirms agreement to the following: Grotto e-Tickets are issued free of charge, hold no cash value, and are not for re-sale or transfer. There is no cash alternative. Grotto e-Tickets are only for your personal use and that of your party. Harrods reserve the right to cancel Grotto e-Tickets that have been transferred or resold. Grotto e-Tickets must be presented in person at the Harrods Christmas Grotto 30 minutes before the allocated time.
All persons must have a valid Grotto e-Ticket for entry and all children up to 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. If you can no longer attend at the date and time allocated on your Grotto e-Ticket, please contact Customer Services on 020 7893 8877. Harrods reserves the right to refuse admission to the Harrods Christmas Grotto. There is a £5 administration fee per booking. The Grotto booking fee is non-refundable. If you are a Harrods Rewards Card Holder the £5 administration fee will be credited to your Rewards Card for spending in store only on the day of your visit to the Harrods Christmas Grotto.
