Agreed, they should. It's easy to say smokers, drinkers, fat people shouldn't get treatment. It is self inflicted after all. How about we take it one step further and say fit people who participate in sport should be treated the same. They know there's a health risk involved......
Where do you draw the line? How about, not bother treating anybody. We can probably come up with some stupid tenuous reason not to without much thought
True, and what I like to think about is where is the line drawn for fat people, does someone say all fat people shouldnt get help, the greedy ones shouldnt get help, the lazy ones etc and ignore say a healthy fat person who does say hillwalking or goes to the gym but may just eat a lot but have a very active lifestyle.
Also with fat people who do they bother? its not as if they are smoking cigarettes and the smoke blowing in peoples faces, its not like someone drinking and getting in a fight or so drunk they do a prank like jumping off a bridge or walking in front of a car etc.
The term fat is too vague alone.
