Hi djfluff, heat left (can't leave any more rep yet!).
You helped me last time this was on offer -
'Oooo ! they were nice boards. This will take one of the 4770's But not 2 :(
(It's a sli board, so you can put 2 Nvidia cards on it, but you would probably need to upgrade your power supply at the same time ...)
I would say go for it ! it would provide a nice cheep upgrade for you, and you will be able to play any game on the market (maybe not at max everything) . I would highly reccomend getting a memory upgrade too.
If you are getting from ebuyer : http://www.ebuyer.com/cat/Memory---PC/subcat/DDR-400MHz
It uses DDR Ram, and you should match it with the speed of memory you have allready. Check to see if you have DDR-333 or DDR-400. If you have 2x512MB allready, buy another 2. If you have 1x1Gb buy another 1.'
I didn't get around to it before the price went up, but will do now. However, it looks from the cpuz.txt that I have 2x512MB, but 200mhz. Could that be right? If so, should I replace those 2 with 2x1Gb DDR-400?
