Banks!!!!

Checked my internet banking today to find out that i had been charged £25 for cancelling a direct debit online myself, i rang them up and they are telling me that they cancelled it and thats why i have been charged!! After speaking to the guy for over 15mins they realise their mistake and then decide to give me the money back! what a bunch of ass holes!!
