I picked one up in Hereford today and they had one display model left.

The Samsung HT-X810 is a Sound Bar Home Theater System. The HT-X810's sleek piano-black bar is sure to complement most flat-panel TVs and the accompanying wireless 5.8 Ghz subwoofer can be placed anywhere in the room.

The X810 offers a slo- loading DVD player that upscales up to 1080p via HDMI and can accommodate numerous media formats including DVD-Audio, CDs, DivX, JPEG, MP3 and WMA. In addition, the X810 is Bluetooth-capable and has a USB port for connecting external drives and other players.

This is a good deal but is this exclusive only to the Hereford store, or is it nationwide?

Croydon store had some crazy deals the other week, but that was store exclusive and only for their re-opening.

It was a normal pre-printed price label on the shelf so i guess there are a few about , no re-opening or the like at this store.

Yes these deals are limited but they are nationwide. I was lucky enough to pick up a brand new boxed Philips HTS8140 Soundbar recently (similar item) for the bargain price of £149 (Retails @ £749). A few minutes on the phone would let you know if you can get one like the OP did. If the OP has the SKU number from the receipt it would help people when they call their local store, the stores also have the ability to scan all stores in their hub. Voted hot from me!!

Just take care when buying things on offer from Currys, I used to work for them when I was at Uni, one of the jobs in the warehouse was to tart up customer returns, faulty repaired items etc. and make them look like new.
