Scratch and Win code problem

I played the scratch and win game today and won £5 but the voucher code was displayed to the right of the screen and I could only see half of the code.
I tried to do a screen print but it still just pasted half of the code so I refreshed the page and the code has gone!
It also says underneath that I havnt won yet but I did!!

Have reported via feedback contact us link about 3 hours ago but no response as yet o(

Mine did this too four times. All on £25 vouchers.

Did you inform them what browser you were using so that others can avoid this problem?

No, I didnt know if it was a known problem and if they could tell by logging into my account history that I am genuine?

Will provide more info if thats what is needed.

No, I tried to highlight the code but it stopped at the edge of the screen and wouldnt copy the missing number. When I pasted it into Word it was exactly the same as on screen - half a code

if its any help - mine ended in 5134 you never know perhaps they all have the same ending mine for a £5 one and I did have to scroll left to get the end bit

Think mine was half off too (but I could just read it all but couldn't paste it) - running ie8 if that info helps

Further down the page though the voucher was there in all its glory - Bless you, HUKD

(right where it is saying for you "sorry you haven't won anything yet") If you have basically lost all the info anyway I'd try a reboot and a delete of all my cookies etc (or run crap cleaner or similar) and log back on, and hope and pray the voucher code is now showing. Can't think what else to suggest - the HUKD browser at their end should know who has won, and who is lying (not saying your lying)

When you've won a voucher, next time you go to that page if you look further down it gives a history of vouchers you have won
