Appeals

I was told i should refrain from selling mobile phones here becuase i have sold more than 2, i have appealed the decision as i have not sold more than 2 of the same. I still have not had a response.

My argument is that, for example, if i sell two nokia n97 i should be allowed to sell two iphones.

its like selling dvds, like today, some guy is selling computer memory, he has three sticks for sale, two are the same capacity but they are all the same thing but he is ok to sell, i don't get the rules for this matter.

when can i sell my used phones here? i don't like selling stuff on ebay

Your not allowed to sell more then two of the same item.

However mods can use there discretion when they feeling you are venturing over there personal limit. I think from the amount of posts you are closing in as looking like a phone trader.

I maybe wrong, but posting a thread when you have had an answer will not help you.

the thing is i have not had a clear answer, i was told to appeal, it has been well over a week with no response.

You don't like eBay presumably because there are fees there, and not here. You look like a phone trader to me, hence why you are limited to the sales you can do. If these are your "personal " possessions and selling due to upgrades, then a phone or two a year isn't an issue. But be fair, that's not the case is it?

if a mod feels you are trading in mobile phones then they will stop you trading, although unfair as you are certainly not the only one who seems to sell a few phones the only thing you can do is report all the others doing the same

OP,

You've been advised that you should refrain from sales for breaching the 'bulk' sellers rule.

Sold 3 mobiles within 3 months. In addition offering and selling by responding to wanted threads.
That decision remains final unless overturned by admin(s) upon review. However due to the sheer volume of messages received, it's not always possible to answer directly. They are however all read, and I can assure you that if there was any doubt about a previous decision, it would have been reviewed and a response confirming the lifting of the ban to you, if applicable.

This site is for personal trading only, and as we identified your pattern of sales (the ones we know about) as being outwith our tolerance.
