Phones4u have most of their phones locked (comes from experience)

This also needs to be £19.75 as thats the minimum payment required.

Also, cex will trade in this for £11 cash.

The Samsung E1110 is £3.95 at Mobiles.co.uk + £10 credit and they also give £10 Quidco - not sure what differences there are in the phones but might be worth it for people who want very basic phone ...
