My guess is that he means if you subscribe to Sky 'digital TV' as well as their broadband, you just ring them, ask for cancellations, and when put through tell them you want the 25% off deal. However it isn't clear whether the 25% off is just the TV element, or off both the TV and Broadband costs.
However, last time Sky were rumoured to be doing this sport of thing, the posts on forum such as these were saying to ring Sky, threaten to cancel and they would throw you an offer to stay - at the time it was full Sky Movies and/or Sports for 3 months @ £5/month.
So I rang them, but didn't want to risk having my bluff called if I threatened to cancel, as had happened to some people. So I just told them, i was considering upgrading to the movies pack and wondered if they had any offers for them. the girl went away, and when she came back she said she'd checked my account and I had the offer for the Movies for £5/month for 3 months. She even told me to cancel at the end of month 3, or I'd start being charged full price.
So there may not be a need to go to cancellations, or threaten to cancel - just ask them wht they can offer you. They can only say no - then try the cancellation route!
