According to a report by War on Want, suppliers to Asda pay as little as 5p-an-hour to their workers for an 80-hour week and use workers as young as 13. If jeans cost just £1.50, how much can possibly be paid to the people making these?

But second hand jeans from the charity shop are likely to be far, far better quality.

Would you rather have 15 years old work hard and earn some money for a living
or stay in a council home on benefits drinking all day long!

Rather ironically, even those sweatshop workers wouldn't wear these jeans
