.. done some reading and it seems that the xps420 only supports DDR2-6400/800MHz memory. Can anyone recommend a good set of "DDR2-6400/800MHz memory" ?

4GB of DDR800 is around £30.

This is £50 - but is very very very good at overclocking - but for most people the cheaper stuff would be just as good.
