works wonderfully 8 September 2009
Reviewer: Mark (Birmingham) - Using this product has quietened all the concerns I had after readiing other product horror stories. As I will want to stack my packs, I have experimented with sliding a sheet of 3mm board of appropriate size (10"x15") between the outer layers on either side of my duvet - and presto, a reasonably flat sided pack for stacking.

Absolutely amazing stuff! 27 August 2009
Reviewer: Susie (England) -
These are amazing, seeing a duvet being reduced in size was incredible and the end result - marvellous! I just chucked them in the storage cupboard and away they went, so flat! I`m now wondering what else I can reduce in size!! Good value for money two for £9.50.

Love Them 5 August 2009
Reviewer: Linz "Linz" (Scotland)
I totally agree with other reviews, these bags represent great value and really do work. I bought ones from Lakeland some time ago and they allowed air in. I bought 2 bags from M&S, sealed them several months ago and no air has leaked in. I will be ordering more !

Making space 10 July 2009
Reviewer: Blanche (Burgundy, France) I haven't had so much fun for years. I bought six and all my winter duvets and spare pillows are on one shelf now instead of three. Remember to write a label to go inside to say what tog and what size they are. After they squash down you can't tell what they are.

Brilliant! 28 May 2009
Reviewer: Gemma S (London)
These vacuum bags are great. I recently bought some other bags from Lakeland and they aren't nearly as good. These really did squash down an enormous duvet to a 1/4 of the size. Also they're cheaper than many other brands. Great buy! I'm going to squash all my winter wardrobe too.

Excellent quality always pays off.. 26 March 2009
Reviewer: Silverfox (Devon)
I have used vacuum bags quite a bit. These are excellent quality, although a bit more than the standard. They are big and the valve is very good. You need to hang on to the white clips which come with the bags, they are for making the sealing airtight, easily. Recommended product.

Yes, £9 for two is correct. Have you bought any of these recently?
You could, if you prefer, buy an alternative from Lakeland at a cost of £19.93 delivered, however these the M&S ones get far better reviews, so best to save the cash and buy the superior but overpriced M&S ones for £4.25 each.

Thanks! Fingers crossed they're as good as they say, I've got 10 of them on the way - we've got loads of spare duvets and pillows stuffed in cupboards and under beds.

So I guess I'd have to go out looking for a hoover with a big nozzle to suck the air out of it then?

Just this week I bought 7 vacuum bags for £7 delivered from ebay. I have put lots of bedding in them including a superking summer weight duvet and so far so good. Vacuumed nice and tight and no leaks. Easy to use and seal. They were all indivually wrapped and felt good quality, especially considering the price. Ordered another 7 this morning. They even do a bigger size at £9.99 delivered.
