Each Knife has a blade formed in the traditional Japanese V-shape, and is meticulously hand sharpened by Japanese Master Craftsmen. would have been nice to have had a sample price, so we could easily work out whether they're in our price range, a good deal etc. Not voting either way, haven't got time to go look with the potential that it may be.

That's hot from me.

I got 3 or 4 of these from Amazon a year ago nice and cheap, and so now I've just added the bread knife and the paring knife!

Beautiful knives.

How is the sharpness out of the box and sharpness retention?

Was thinking of getting either Masahiro or I.O. Shen knives but they are too expensive for me
