Or just take an 'extreme' gamble and turn up at Disneyland ill-prepared

Or get it right as Disneyland is in Paris, California or Tokyo whilst it is Disney World in Orlando! H&R left as that is a really good price.

I agree, a fab website with tons of info.

The reason why I rate this book highly is that it gives access to their webpage where you can build you own individual park visit schedules. We went at Easter, one of the busiest times of year and by following the schedule had completed all we wanted by just after lunchtime each day allowing us the freedom to relax for the rest of the day and bypass all the 2 hour queues which developed.

having worked at Disney world, don't believe everything you read in these books. Some of the info in these types of books might well get you booted out of any theme park, things like moving ropes in the roped off area !! there are reason why the area is roped off normally to protect the guest, one other thing dont ever walk round any theme park in Orlando with this book in your hand, every cast member i have ever worked with HATES them!

Sorry no idea what you are talking about. Whereon earth in this book does it state to move ropes? You appear to suggest that cast members dislike guests to have information at hand about whats good and bad, quick and slow in a park. Too much like wanting power.

what a load of crap you havent worked in disney and have not read this book if you had you would know that what you have said is totaly wrong or just a lie

LOL.LOL.LOL i worked at the rose and crown pub, UK pavilion, EPCOT. 1994-1995 part of the international programs, so i take it you HAVE never been to Disneyworld or do you think all the international cast members are American too!

Back to the op topic, the book is a total waste of money as per my comments in my 1st post.
If anyone wants tips on Disneyworld then pm me or Zeb as he is in the process of writing a little book ( pocket size)

thats not what i said. cast members would rather you ask them questions and they will go out of their way to help you, if you show up asking questions with this book in hand because something you have tried to do you couldnt the cast member is going to tell you " its the unofficial " guide and nothing to do with Disney then tell you the correct answer to your questions.

i also didnt say it was in THIS book about moving the ropes, if you had read them in the past you would have seen it,

if you find the book and site helpful then thats great but i like many others hate these types off books, even if they were for legoland or any other theme park.

this is book you need for florida and the parks - it was my bible when i was out there.

i went easter 2009 and even on easter sunday the second busiest park day of the year i managed to get throuigh everything at the magic kingdom thanks to the tips in this book
