£2.00

FOUND BY: jacquij123 1 month, 2 weeks ago

Booking is open now for SANTAS GROTTO at Selfridges, we go every year and it's great, can't compare to Harrods as I haven't been but it's way better than the local ones.

Are you sure he's not having tea at Hamleys?

We went to Harrods the year before last, and Selfridges last year, I'd definately recommend Santa while he's at Selfridges as he was a miserable C*** at Harrods.

Been to Harrods the last few years.
Very good for the kids and santa was ok for us.
Used to be better than it was last year though.

Do they have lots to look at at Selfridges while you're waiting?

EDIT* Just found this ... sounds quite good

Question: What is the theme of the grotto this year?
Answer: This year’s grotto is a train ride ‘Santa’s Express’ around a magical winter wonderland.

Question: What will the grotto visit consist of?
Answer: A train ride on Santa’s Express through a magical white winter wonderland, where you’ll meet with Santa and have your picture taken if you wish.

Question: Will Santa giveaway a toy? If so what will it be?
Answer: This year’s gift is a book and it is suitable for all ages

Be warned tho, it's £10 for a photo!!!
Snow globe sounds cool tho

Question: Will a photo be taken of my child’s visit?
Answer: Yes, the elves will take a picture of the visit inside Santa’s grotto which you can approve on a monitor before you leave. They will endeavour to capture a good image but due to time constraints there is a limit of 3 attempts per group.

Question: Are there mementos for purchase?
Answer: Yes. £10 for 1 photo or 1 snow globe. £18.00 for two photos or one photo and one snow globe, and £24 for 2 photos and 1 snow globe.

Heat n Rep from me.
Think i'm gonna book this.
Kids will love it

We went up Christmas eve a couple of years ago, really worried I had made a huge mistake but it was empty, turned out to be one of our best days out, they still talk about it, they were 4,9 and 12.

Just booked up for 5 adults and 5 kids
Just a word of warning ... you have to pay for the adults as well!!!
It's not too bad, basically only £2 per person (includes bookng fee).

Cheers again OP

I love it when that happens.
Also don't forget people, that you'll see all the London christmas lights etc.

We went to Harrods last year, saw santa and then all the christmas lights in London.
Rounded it off nicely with a meal at Planet Hollywoods.
It was a fantastic day out

Visiting Santa's Grotto at Harrods is fully booked in December and all weekends in November. You can still book weekdays in November.

Went two years ago and can't say it was worth it!

I agree 110% with this, Harrods hadn't made much effort at all the year before last, whilst selfridges were really good last year

Have booked up
