why suspension?

my friend was just suspended on here, and i'm really cheesed off. He was trying to sell a phone and each time he tried to list it, HOTDEALS said invalid server error. It said that it didn't work in other words, so he tried again, same thing, and again, same thing. He wasn't aware that it was actually working each time so ended up listing it 3 times. I would say an honest mistake but it wasn't a mistake, the site told him it hadn't posted. So he's been blamed for listing it 3 times within an hour AND suspended. Why can't the mods just realise that when there's multiple listings like that it COULD be hotdeals fault and not the poster? Of course cuz he's suspended he can't contact any mods to tell them what happened. ANNOYING.

Well why dont you contact the mods on his behalf. Give them his user name etc and see what they will do.
I'm sure they may see it was a geniune problem with the server.

You've had a response to your PM. Of course we can't discuss account details with anyone other than the account holder.

Contact Us is the option should they wish to discuss in detail.

With regards to the threads in question, the listings were spread over an hour apart. Unfortunately your friend should have asked you or the mods for advice. To let this go would open the floodgates.

I know it COULD be ANNOYING, but then again, think of the others who have had their valid threads demoted.
