RULES: Prize Draw Rules

This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Only one entry per person will be permitted. The prize draw is not open to employees or agents of Mamas & Papas or a the employees or agents of any company within the Mamas & Papas group of companies. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary.

You must complete all of the required details before you will be entered into the prize draw. Incomplete or illegible entries are invalid. The Promoters decision is final. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of any entries in the draw by virtue of any technical failure occurring on this website, whether in the control of the Promoter or not and shall have now responsibility howsoever arising by virtue of an applicant providing incorrect address details. All personal data provided by entrants shall be subject to the Promoters Privacy Policy and on the basis that the Promoter shall be entitled to publish the name of the winner and his/her town or City of residence to a third party requesting details as per clause 6 below.
The promotion closes at midnight on 5th December 2009. All entries must be received by this time to be included in the draw.
The draw will be held between 12.01am and 11.59 pm on 8th December 2009. Five winners will be picked at random. The Promoters decision is final. The prize will be one Chester Rocking Horse per winning entrant. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone if requested. All reasonable efforts shall be made to deliver the prizes to the winning entrants by 25th December 2009, though the Promoter shall have no liability for late delivery.
Details of the winners will be available from 9th December 2009 until 23rd December 2009 on receipt of a ready stamped and self-addressed envelope marked Chester Rocking Horse Prize Draw Winners list, sent to: The Brand Marketing Department, Mamas & Papas Limited, Colne Bridge Road, Huddersfield HD5 0RH.
