Laptop Support (Similar to the Belkin Cushtop) - £2.99 @ IKEA

£2.99

364°

FOUND BY: S c 0 TT y 1 month, 2 weeks ago

Came across this new range on the online Ikea store. Similar products in the market start from around £9.99 (belkin cushion).

This unit works similarly to Belkin hence why I thought it would be good to post it.

Happy days!

Looks uncomfortable, I use the belkin one, and sits nicely on your lap as the front is elevated slightly too.

Just looks like it will bend your hands back and dig in to your legs.

Jeezus, what a useless piece of plastic! Imagine putting a 3kg laptop on top of that plastic and have the combined weight into your thighs!!!

are people voting hot because its £2.99? why waste your money, the belkin cushion goes for around £10 doesnt it? just get the belkin cushion top - better in the long run.

A laptop will only overheat if it's vents (usually located on the back and sides) are blocked, like if you use a pillow as a support and the laptop sinks into it.

Resting the laptop on a flat surface like this support or a table will keep the vents clear and the laptops internal fans will keep it cool enough.
