Iphone 3GS Insurance

Hi all i've just bought a iphone 3gs from apple and was looking into getting it insured.Can anybody give me some advice on who to go with??

I see O2 do insurance for the 3gs for £15 a month bit steep!!

I've also seen a few post's with people recommending Lloyds TSB Silver current account Which is only £7.95 a month

Does that include cover if lost or stolen? also for cracked screens if dropped?

We're covered with Lloyds TSB account and as it's a joint account it includes up to 3 phones.
Wife has used it a couple of times for screen damage and loss and they've replaced the iPhone.
There is an excess of £30 per claim but that's not too bad methinks.
The Lloyds account also offers other additons like cheap/free AA breakdown cover and travel insurance, though not sure if you get these with the Silver account or the Premium account which we have.
