I was having problems with my old one, such as the phone kept restarting and similar.
I assume the phone is brand new, as it still has screen protectors on the camera lense and touch screen.

I can send today if the price is right.

Where did you buy the phone from?

Is it defo a brand new phone? not a refurb?

Can you get it unlocked at all?

Does it come with all the accesories?

In the original box?

Can't confirm whether its a refurb or not but the phone looks brand new.
Would prefer to sell the phone as is, to save me the hassle of unlocking.
Phone comes with hard case, stand, headphones, charger and av cable.
Don't think i have the original box as i may have chucked it out.

Just phoned up Virgin Mobile and said my phone was broke, after asking a few question they said they would arrange an exchange.

To be on the safe side i'll say its a refurb, but the phone genuinely looks brand new
