hey,
I got this email too and when i go to book a trip, I keep getting a message saying 'Sorry, prices for your selected date are not yet available online. Please phone our call centre for more information. '
I have tried lots of different dates and times but the most annoying thing is if i keep travel details the same and just remove the promotional code, i get whole lists of crossings!

anyone havingh the same problem or is anyone getting an actual bookable result using this code, if so can you tell me travel tiomes so i can see if it works for me?
