emphasis on the English, i thought i would do my bit for the environment and reduce my carbon footprint, blah blah blah, and support English wine producers.
Didn't even read the label until i had a glass and thought, what the blood y hell have i just drunk!
Foul, draincleaner at best, 8% whoopee do, clearly competing against Lambrini and the like. Don't bother with this English rubbish, Oz all the way for wine, red and white.

please no comments until you have actually tasted this stuff!
go on be brave you know you want to at £2 a bottle, you can always use it for cooking purposes, might i suggest to clean the oven afterwards!

I tried it !

It was cheap so I thought what the heck - but it tasted like bad fizzy pop once its gone flat - never again lol !

This wine is made from imported ingredients and is nothing to do with English wine which is made from English grapes - it's a scandal!

This is NOT english wine! It is imported and bottled here and labelled 'British'. All 'British' wine is made from non-British grapes! (Talk to your MP about that mislabelling travesty!) All English wine is made from solely English grown grapes. In the wine world British and English have no relationship. This wine is probably watered down Aussie syrup, which is why it tastes so bad. The Aussies have been dumping surplus rubbish wine in the UK for years.
