Have one of these, really good IMO... but the mouse wheel squeeks (LOL - yeah I know, Ironic ). It's just about bearable if you don't scroll too often with it.

Bought one of these for my GF's laptop, worked well for 4 months then packed in (she uses the forward/backwards buttons for kebinds in games)

Apparently I cant return it :(

However, i paid this price for it then - recall it being the best price available. Good deal if you want a bargain, but as is with everything, you get what you pay for

Well if you only "get what you pay for" there's no point in shopping around is there?
As whatever you buy at a cheaper price will somehow have less value?

I just bought an external disk drive for £36, a few months ago, exactly the same drive was then reduced to £44, a few months before that it was over £55. So, the cheapest one is now less valuable than the ones for £55? All bought from the same place, not shopsoiled or anything. All with full warranty.

Why?, can't you just return it to play?, or is it because play is located in Jersey they don't have to follow British consumer law.

This has been this price for ages. I bought it at this price in January 09 and it was good for the price. My only complaints were the middle button was hard to press and one side button was creaky (the side button is better now after 9 months of use.

Got one here too. Works great on my Icemat, no squeeking (??) or sporadic 'juttering' you get from some cheap mice.

I personally prefer wired mice because of two reasons

1) Don't ever have to worry about recharging. When I played poker online, nothing was more annoying than my previous mouse dying during some action!
2) I like the "pull" from wired mice. It gives the top end some added weight and makes things more natural.

For £9.99 it's a bargain. The fit reminds me of the trusty old Intellimouse Explorer. Nothing can take that one off the mouse throne! :P

Cheers, ordered one as I've been looking out for a decent wired mouse upgrade.
