I was in asda the other day and seen boxes of sugar puffs that were down to a pound,checked online and these are also available to buy.You can't go wrong at a pound,bought a few boxes while there on offer

You mean like Special K that is made of sugars? Since carbohydrates are just sugar in more complex structures, I suggest you avoid all cereals

Of course this has more simple sugars but dont be mistaken!

Per 100g:

Sugar puffs = 85g of carbs, 360 cals
Special K = 75g of carbs, 336 cals

Not much in it. Not particurly bad or good.
