My first digital camera £5.69 at Aria (£3.99 +VAT postage)

£5.69

80°

FOUND BY: wookiemummy 1 month, 2 weeks ago

This has been previously posted (over a month ago)but I feel it may have slipped through the net as it really is an excellent deal especially if you order more than 1. I ordered 4 of these the other day to cover some xmas presents and birthday presents. The postage for 2 or 23 of these stays at £6.95. Therefore they cost about £7.50 each.
The best thing is that I was looking through the Next christmas catalogue and they ae selling these at £20 a time!!! Exactly the same.
I admit they are not worth £20 and they do not show the photo after it as been taken but this will be great for the children and well worth £7.50.
Thanks to Andywedge for pointing it out to be me originally in his previous post

If you get ya kids these prepare for some serious FRUSTRATIONS!

I spend a tenner on ebay and got x2 5 mega pixel digital camera basic ones with flash and only digital zoom and small LCD screens & got x2 32mb card for a £1 stick the camera on 1.3meg resolution and they are getting about 70-80 photo's out of it.

They can preview any pic's on the LCD and any they dont like they just press the delete button. Put the card in the PC and take the photo's off, bam simple both my 8 year old son and his 4 year old sister can do it without supervision which they think is GREAT!!, My 4 & 8 year olds love them because they are like daddys camera

Be warned if you get thise 'my first cameras' and you kids are nagging you to put the picture on the computer every 5 mins with the usb cable, then they moan because all their efforts are crapo because no flash and 640x480 res on PC monitors now a days is tiny blow it up and they just look worse and then they see you photo's and camera and then compare the depression.

My mate did the opposite to me and brought these for his 2 kids and is contantly moaning when his kids get them out. LOL

No LCD screen, poor resolution... Kids get cheated again. Just think, the point and shoot film cameras we used to have as kids (35mm not 110mm) would leave these and all the other 'my first digital cameras' standing.

My 2.5 yr old uses my old 4mp fuji finepix (supervised), which would otherwise be sat in a drawer.

I DEMAND MORE QUALITY FOR OUR CHILDREN'S PHOTOS!

Typical Aria sale, postage and VAT cost as much, if not more than the listed price.

Voted cold because the real price is always far more than the listed price at Aria.
