Thanks for the correction, but actually Smyths must've changed this deal over night. The email in my inbox is titled "Don't Miss £7 Money Back Voucher". I much prefer this deal though, because last week I got the £30 voucher for the price of £25! So now if I buy something for £30 with my voucher, it's actually cost me £18 net!

Think i'll buy Operation Flashpoint at £40, get my 2.5% off, £7 off and use my voucher for £30 that cost me £25. Actual outlay £27.

good deal but annoying for me as it ends the day before I would have the chance to use it (Uncharted 2). Does anyone know if the offer is valid if you pay with a gift card? Do you still get £7 back?

You buy a different game, keep it sealed and return it for Uncharted, assuming Uncharted is the same RRP. I don't think any retailer would have a problem with that.

That's not a bad idea, but they give you 10% off new games if your a member, I don't know if they would let me use both at the same time as it says not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. If I bought Op Flashpoint with the £7 off, for £32.99 they may only give me that back meaning I have to put money to Uncharted 2. Ideally, I would get £7 off £35.99, so £28.99 in total. But if I don't and there's no way of checking, beforehand, I would only save about £3 and might then have to put £3 to Uncharted 2 lol, so that's why I said it's a good deal but I don't think I'll use it.

I thought it was 2.5% off new games, or is that just after the first week? Could you buy a giftcard for £25 for £18 then use that towards Uncharted?

Edit - ignore that, can't be used towards giftcards. Shame you didn't catch the £30 credit for £25 voucher last week.
