Decent mobile contract

I missed on the Nokia E71 deal with 3 which costs £20 a month, is there any similar deals around?
I currently have a PayAsYouGo sim with Orange and that was OK for me as I wasn't using it a lot but lately I started using for a bit, especially the texting
and now I'm thinking a contract would be cheaper for me.
I'm looking for a contract with decent amount of Mins & Texts and where I can get a phone with camera,internet,email,Skype,GPS(would like to),decent memory card size to store my mp3s
which cost me no more than £20 month.
Could someone please recommend a deal?

Virgin have a £25 a month, 500 mins and unlimited texts and unlimited Internet, plus a phone, If you hold out a little bit they will have new phones in for Christmas,
 I'm leaving Thee to go on Virgin contract.  |
