Wheel Stand @ Lidl £4.99

£4.99

47°

FOUND BY: mosskeeto 1 month, 2 weeks ago

STARTS: 12/10/2009

I bought one of these when they were more money and even then it was worth every penny. I stored the original wheels of my Integra on it. It keeps them stored separately and the pvc cover keeps the weather off them.

Wheel Stand

Suitable for up to 17" wheels
Includes protective cover, pressure gauge, tread depth gauge and coloured discs
Height (cm): 114

Note this deal appears to be regional. For example it is not available in Leeds. Check the website and input your postcode to find your local store and the list of deals available.

This Is A Joke Why Not Just Stack Your Wheels Up And Put A Piece Of Cardboard Between Each Alloy??? Rather Than Spending A Fiver On This Useless Rubbish?

I'd say the fiver is all right considering you get the gauges and a cover. Though, if your in the habit of storing your wheels you probably already have kit like that.

You are probably right but I hear some muppets just stick bits of cardboard between their alloys.....

Worth the money just for the tread and pressure gauge (although like OriginalSHare says I already have those). I admit that I store my spare set upright in a big outside cupboard though.

Just noticed these are not available in Leeds, but they are available south wales so it appears to be regional.

I can recommend the screenwash in little bottles for 89p (though it would probably freeze in the winter as I don't think it has antifreeze agents so you'd want the big £4.99 bottle for the coming season). The engine cleaner works quite well. The first aid kit has been in my boot for ages (luckily had no need to use it). I suspect the +50% headlight bulbs are worth a buy too.

The car tow bar looks like a good buy too with it being a rigid one. I wonder if this would be legal to use on the motorway?! (I know a rope is illegal).

Lots of stuff for the car at Lidl next week.
This looks an ok deal.
I'll be after the antifreeze tester for 99p.

I leave the wheels on my car overnight rather than stacking them up. Why do you guys take the wheels off?

You aren't alone mate... I can't for the life of me think of ONE reason why anyone would want such a thing, and even if they wanted it, who would use it a second time?

Just because you CAN do something doesn't always mean you should, and usually people with OCD who are hoarders and therefore would do such a thing would just pile stuff up anyway!
