Right click > open in new window. Results have changed.

When right clicking on someones name when they have posted in a thread ( So not the opening post ) and choosing "open in new page", you would get their profile displayed in a new window, and in there would be two options you could click that would show, "threads started" by that user, and "posts made" by that user.
These have now disappeared.

you could use the following link:

and change the member number at the end to the person you want to see (from their 'other' profile page)

Bit of a long way round!!

EDIT: Or, annoy the person so much that they PM you, then click on their name in your inbox and it takes you straight to that page....
EDIT2: You could PM them a secret about someone, and when they PM back to gossip you could use that link to take you to their page

Might be getting confused here, but you appear to be saying you are annoyed, because you can no longer list a users posts so you can go though them all and report bad ones?

Dude, get out more. Reporting a bad post is great news - but deliberately looking for posts to report is possibly the saddest thing I've ever read on here.
