Not a bad price for a middle of the road, older card. Can't find this for less than £70 in stock online. Bought today at the Garston Liverpool store...there were about 5 left.
It was offered online as a clearance item at £44.99 until yesterday when they all went.
Now showing as £39.99 online but out of stock.
Only availability is instore for now.
Please don't vote this cold just because it doesn't rank up there with the latest cards.
Oh and it's my first proper post so that's two reasons to vote it hot!

theres plenty in stock of the 1gb GDDR3 4670 at dabs, A 512mb 4670 is similar to a 512mb 9600gt in performance but the ati card runs cooler and has direct x 10.1 http://www.legitreviews.com/article/792/1/ i would of submitted the 4830 deal ages ago but the low stock prevented me from doing so. Also £70 for a 9600gt is overpriced since you can buy a 9800gt for £71.99 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/166184 and ati 4850 £74.98 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/168023

whats wrong with the 4830 or 4670? for about £60 id buy the 4730. I dont hate nvidia cards, its just that at the budget sector they are not as good value as ATI.

It's 400W minimum with a 26A load.
However, my Dell (9200) only has 375W and 22A but the Dell forums suggest it can handle the card no problem as Dells figures are quite conservative.
Check the forums to be sure.

I have the xfx 9600gso 1.5gb overclocked (and an 8800gt 512 in another machine ) and with the stock fan attached to a fan speed reducer its near silent and runs at 44 degrees or 54 degrees playing Batman at 1680x1050 or COD 4 and 5 with everything maxed at the same res , i dont think thats hot for a card at all. Nothing wrong with Ati either i just hate their drivers.

I run a BFG 9600gt... its a great little card that plays everything i've thrown at it. Been meaning to upgrade, but there is actually no real need to!

If using bigger than a 22" screen then maybe get a more powerful card, otherwise this is a great buy!
