This will not do Morrison's any good if they are crap - We have bought a couple and we know somebody who work's there and said if we got the receipt you can take them back if they don't look good

I got some of these from Morrisons the other day. They are not the best lamb shanks around, the Tesco Finest ones, and the Waitrose are much better , even though more expensive they are worth spending the extra. These shanks are quite small, did not satisfy me for dinner (with mashed potato and green veg), and the minted gravy/sauce was very runny/watery.

Verdict: Alright for a snack / light lunch, don't get these in to serve at a dinner party whatever you do ! !

I have just had them and they had enough meat on, I had them with potatoes and veg and the meat just fell off the bone, the gravy was just right, not runny,

Mingin' If you want proper lamb go to to your local butchers or farmers market!!! Not even worth 74p. Cheap supermarket meat is V V low quality. In fact, expensive supermarket meat is nothing like what you would get from a decent butchers, who aren't that expensive! If you don't mind a bone wrapped in sinew and fat this is a cracking deal.

The ASDA version of these are fantastic, not fatty, thick gravy and so tender it falls off the bone.

have to disagree there, to supply a retailer you have to go through stringent processes, farm assurance programmes, microbiological tests and tracability to name a few. whereas a butcher will take product that has been frozen down from chilled and stock with minimal life on,
